Location

The meeting will take place in the Sala di Rappresentanza (Boardroom), located in the main building of the Università degli Studi di Milano, Via Festa del Perdono 7, Milan (Italy). Via Festa del Perdono is in the city center, a few steps away from the Duomo di Milano.

How to reach Milan

Milan can be easily reached by airplane, train, and car. The city is served by two airports: Linate, about 10 km from Milan city center; and Malpensa, about 50 km northwest of the city. Low cost airlines also fly to Bergamo Orio al Serio, about 50 km northeast of Milan.

From Linate airport: take Bus 73 (ordinary line) or X73 (express line) to the city center and get off at Piazza San Babila (close to the underground station - red M1 line), a few minutes walking from the Università degli Studi di Milano. Tickets: € 1.50.
Air Bus takes you to Milano Centrale (Central Railway Station). Tickets: € 5 one way, € 9 return. Further information is available at ATM.
Taxi docks are at ARRIVALS, Ground floor, exit gate 5. Further information is available here.

From Malpensa airport: Malpensa Express trains connect the Terminal 1 of Malpensa Airport directly to the center of Milan, (Milano Centrale and Cadorna Railway Station). At the first floor of the terminal you can find the ticket shop. Tickets: €12. Further information is available at Malpensa Express website.
A free shuttle bus connects the two Malpensa terminals to the center of Milan (Milano Centrale), running every 15 minutes, twenty four hours a day. Tickets: €10 one way, €16 return. Further information is available at Malpensa Shuttle.
  • From Cadorna Raiwlay Station: take Bus 94 (direction Porta Nuova) to get to the meeting venue on Via Festa del Perdono.
  • From Milano Centrale: Milan's main railway station, is located at the hub of the transport network. This is also where the main underground lines intersect (red M1 line; green M2 line; yellow M3 line).
Taxi docks are at ARRIVALS, Ground floor, exit gate 6 at Terminal 1 and exit gate 4 at Terminal 2. Taxi ride from Malpensa to the city center should be € 90. Further information is available here.

From Bergamo Orio al Serio: Milan and Orio al Serio airport are well connected by a one-hour ride public shuttle service served by Terravision, Autostradale or Orio Shuttle. Tickets: € 5.
